The LORD, your God, is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.
Zephaniah 3:17 · WEBWaiting can make us feel as though nothing is happening, but God is present with us even in seasons when circumstances appear unchanged. He is not distant, indifferent or unaware of what we are carrying. He is among us as the mighty One who saves, and He surrounds us with His love.
God’s love is not reserved for the day when the answer comes or the situation changes. He loves us now, in the middle of the process. His love quiets the anxious thoughts that tell us we have been forgotten, overlooked or left behind.
When our hearts are settled in His love, we do not have to strive for His attention or measure our worth by visible progress. We can rest in the assurance that we belong to Him and that He continues to work within us.
Today, before asking God for another answer, take time to receive His love. Let His presence quiet your heart. You are deeply loved, and His transforming work within you continues even while you wait.

Father, thank You for being present with me in every season. Quiet every anxious thought and help me receive the fullness of Your love today. Deliver me from striving for affirmation or measuring my worth by visible progress. Let Your love strengthen my heart, deepen my trust and continue its transforming work within me.
